Terms of use

Scope
These terms apply to services, packages, courses, e-books and gift vouchers purchased through the website of Nelblack Visagismo e Terapia Capilar LTDA or directly at the salon.
Booking
All appointments are pre-booked, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Booking is by WhatsApp and confirmed by us. Each service has its own duration, and the slot is held in your name.
Rescheduling and no-shows
If you need to reschedule, give us at least 12 hours’ notice and we will fit you into the first available date. A no-show occupies a slot someone else could have used; from the second occurrence, new bookings require a deposit.
Packages and protocols
Hair-therapy protocols consist of consecutive, usually weekly sessions, valid for six months from purchase. Sessions cannot be split or exchanged for other services. You may upgrade to a higher-value protocol by paying the difference proportional to unused sessions.
Gift vouchers
Valid for six months from purchase. A voucher is worth an amount, not a specific service, and may be used on services and products. Any excess is paid at the time. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
Courses
A place is secured with a 30% deposit, which is non-refundable — the place is held and class sizes are limited. The balance is due up to seven days before. If a class does not reach the minimum number, the course is rescheduled or fully refunded, at your choice.
Digital products
E-books and digital dossiers are delivered by link once payment is confirmed. As immediately accessible digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal applies within seven days and before first access to the content.
Image Dossier
Production begins once the questionnaire is completed and photos are sent. Delivery takes up to seven working days from that point. No dossier is delivered without the responsible visagist’s review. Your photos are used solely for the analysis and are never published.
Scalp assessment
The assessment costs R$80, credited in full if you book any protocol within 30 days. It is an aesthetic service: it is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace dermatological care.
Results
No result is guaranteed. Hair therapy and repair services improve the condition of scalp and hair, but depend on individual factors — history, health, routine and adherence to home care.
Children under 12
We serve children accompanied by a guardian. Some services are not suitable for under-12s; please ask before booking.
Changes
