What changes here

Dry or strand-by-strand cutting when the shape demands it. Genuine lipid replacement rather than generic conditioning. Assessment of the scalp beneath the roots — the area most affected by braid tension and product build-up. And a mandatory test strand before any relaxer or straightening service.

Braids, done properly

Cornrows (nagô), half-head, lengthened braids and box braids. A well-made braid does not hurt and leaves no marks — pain means it was too tight, and repeated tension is a leading cause of traction alopecia. We work with controlled tension and guide you through upkeep and take-down.

Going natural
