What we collect and why
Through the contact form: name, email, phone and your message — so we can reply. In the self-assessment tools: only your answers, which stay in your browser and reach us only if you choose to message us. At purchase: name, email and phone, to issue the order and deliver what you bought. Browsing data: pages visited and traffic source, and only after your consent.
Legal basis
Consent, for measurement and marketing. Performance of a contract, for what you have booked. Legitimate interest, for replying to a message you sent us. Legal obligation, for tax records relating to a purchase.
Cookies and measurement
No third-party script loads before you authorise it. We separate two categories: audience measurement (Google Analytics) and campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok). Without authorisation, no request leaves your browser for those services. You can change your choice at any time using the button below.
Payment
Payments are processed by SumUp. Card details are entered in SumUp’s environment and never pass through this site — we receive only the confirmation that payment occurred.
Sharing
We do not sell or transfer your data. We share only with those necessary for the service: our email provider, the payment processor and our internal management system. All under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: 24 months. Client records and service history: for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal period. Browsing data: 14 months. Treatment photographs: only with signed authorisation, and only for the authorised purpose.
Photographs
No client photograph is published without signed authorisation. If you authorised one and changed your mind, write to us and we will remove it — no explanation needed.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above; we reply within 15 days.
Minors
We serve minors accompanied by a guardian, and their data is provided and authorised by that guardian.
